Enpower is an organisation that advocates for youth empowerment. We provide a career support network for young people (particularly 14-30 year olds) in the UK who wish to gain more career opportunities in the creative & performance industries. Such industries include Art & Design, Fashion, Health & Beauty, Journalism/Publishing, Marketing /PR, Media/TV/Film, Performing Arts and Photography.

We believe that youth employment is extremely important for the development of a young person. It provides them with a sense of self-worth and achievement that is important for their self esteem and development into adulthood. They are able to learn more about themselves, interact with other people, develop key skills and keep motivated. In the creative & performing arts sector which is highly competitive, it is important for young people to have the right support network and guidance.

We are always interested in working with ambitious, reliable and talented individuals who wish to develop a career within the creative & performance industries. Therefore we host a talent database for clients looking to recruit talent for their projects and vacancies.

Although our service is youth orientated that doesn't mean we believe talent stops at 30! So if you are a talented individual; 30+ with a wealth of experience under your belt we would also like to hear from you!

We provide a range of services to businesses in the creative and performance industries. These include talent recruitment and event management. Each service is designed as a platform to connect young talent with industry professionals and elevate the level of young creative’s being employed.

We work closely with our clients to gain a better understanding of their business and their candidate requirements so that we provide the right talent for the job. By working in such a manner we develop a better understanding about specific qualifications and criteria needed by young individuals wishing to thrive in this industry. As a result we are able to effectively shape and develop more young and budding talent to gain employment in this sector.
