Terms & Conditions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction- Use of Enpower's website, services (including talent database membership and advertising), and interpretations and applications of its terms and conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using Enpower you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales to decide any dispute related to that use.
Entire Agreement-This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties (that is agreements made between Enpower and its service users and/or clients) and supersedes all prior communications, understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
Severability-If part or all of any of these terms and conditions is found to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction or unenforceable, then it may be severed from these terms and conditions and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver- Enpower shall not be deemed to have waived any of its rights under these Terms and conditions unless that waiver is in writing and signed by management at enpower. Failure of Enpower to insist upon the strict observance of any of these Terms, or to exercise any rights in respect thereof shall not be construed as a waiver of that Term or Terms.
Ammendments-Enpower reserve the right to add to, modify or omit certain parts of the terms and conditions at any time. It is yor responsibility to review these terms and conditions so you are up to date with any changes made. Your use of Enpower or any of its services after changes or updates to these terms and conditions means you are legally bound by these Terms as updated and/or amended.
Contact/Correspondance- Enpower is an online career advice and hosting service, therefore the most common form of contact will be by email. Only talent database members and close company affiliates maybe provided with alternate methods of contact. All correspondence with Enpower must state your name, contact phone number, and email address.
Service function (Not an agency)- Enpower on the whole is NOT a job agency in the sense that we provide talent database members with direct work from which we gain commission. We are an online career and hosting service who aim provide you with suitable career direction and exposure. Registering with the enpower talent database means you are entitled to a promotions/consultation service. ‘Promotions/consultations’ meaning that you are entitled to correspondence with enpower in regards to career development and eligible for promotion in our monthly distributed newsletter. Enpower cannot guarantee employment in your desired profession but will provide you with the platform to maximise your potential. It is up to you as a talent database member to make full use of the opportunities provided for you by Enpower. Enpower cannot be held responsible or accountable for the success or lack thereof demonstrated by you the talent database member in entering your desired career path. Only ambassadors working under Enpower may be booked for work in which we gain commission.
Use of our site- You agree to use this site in a 'lawful manner', that is a manner which is construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and does not restrict or inhibit the use and leisure of this site by any third party. You may not copy, reproduce or republish, or otherwise use Enpower content in any way without expressing and recieving written consent from Enpower. You agree also not to alter or revise any visual or written work from any Enpower content (including that posted on our friend networkings sites) without the prior consent of Enpower.
Payments/Refund policiy- Enpower will receive a yearly payment for members who join the talent database. Payment will be excepted via our online paypal account or direct bank transfer to the account of the CEO of the service. Once this payment is made you will not be entitled to a refund. Only in cases where individuals have accidentially paid twice may a refund be considered. In this instance individuals should contact info@enpowerservice.co.uk. Payments accepted outside of the website are usually as a result as promotional offers and events where individuals get to meet the enpower team in person and sign up to the talent database. These payments are also not refunded. Payments will only be deemed successful on completion of a direct bank/paypal transfer. Enpower reserve the right to modify payment methods and prices at any time.
Membership- Membership on our talent database provides you with exposure, and you are given priority to contribute and/or have your talents displayed in our monthly newsletter 'showcase'. You are also entitled to exlusive information and contact details of relevant industry contacts and professionals who can help you develop your career.
Enpowers liabilities- Enpower is not liable for any consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, special, disciplinary or similar damages arising out of the use of our site, services, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. It is at Enpowers discretion as to which claims fall under these categories . You as the site and/or service user specifically give up any and all claims arising out of the use of our site and/or services.
This section "Enpowers liabilities" survives the termination or expiration of the agreement formed pursuant to these Terms and conditions.
Security of Information and Third Party Actions - Enpower handle the information of talent database members and clients for consultation and promoting purposes, that is providing talent database members with the right industry contacts, and sending information to our talent database members which have been supplied willingly by clients wishing to advertise 'relevant opportunities' through us. Relevant opportunities meaning those who coincide with the career fields we specialise in. Enpower makes no warranty or representation regarding the security of your information and data. Enpower accepts no responsibility for the welfare of any user or for the actions of any user of the services of the website. Enpower does not post any personal data on the site (that has not been permitted for use on the site) in order to protect the data of individual. Enpower reserve the right to pass on the information of talent database members to companies who may be able to offer them suitable career opportunities.
