Terms & Conditions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction- Use of Enpower's website, services (including the talent database and advertising), and interpretations and applications of its terms and conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using Enpower you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales to decide any dispute related to that use.
Entire Agreement-This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties (that is agreements made between Enpower and its service users and/or clients) and supersedes all prior communications, understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
Severability-If part or all of any of these terms and conditions is found to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction or unenforceable, then it may be severed from these terms and conditions and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver- Enpower shall not be deemed to have waived any of its rights under these Terms and conditions unless that waiver is in writing and signed by management at enpower. Failure of Enpower to insist upon the strict observance of any of these Terms, or to exercise any rights in respect thereof shall not be construed as a waiver of that Term or Terms.
Ammendments-Enpower reserve the right to add to, modify or omit certain parts of the terms and conditions at any time. It is yor responsibility to review these terms and conditions so you are up to date with any changes made. Your use of Enpower or any of its services after changes or updates to these terms and conditions means you are legally bound by these Terms as updated and/or amended.
Contact/Correspondance- The most common form of contact will be by email/phone. Certain services may require meetings in person with a team member. All correspondence with Enpower must state your name, contact phone number, and email address.
Service function - Enpower is a social enterprise in the sense that the majority of the income generated by our projects or services is used to generate more employment assistance for the young community. A number of projects and services are continually being formed to provide a means of suitable career direction and exposure for young individuals. Enpower cannot guarantee employment in your desired profession but will provide you with the platform to maximise your potential and explore your options. It is up to you as a 'service user' that is anyone engaging in any projects and services run or recommended by Enpower, to make full use of the opportunities provided. Enpower cannot be held responsible or accountable for the success or lack thereof demonstrated by you the service user in entering your desired career path.
Talent Database/ Recruitment Services- The talent database hosts the details of a variety of young creative’s beginner to advanced. No fees are obtained from individuals joining the database, however you must initially submit an application before you can be considered for the talent database. Flat fee recruitment packages are offered to employers in the creative industries looking to source talent for their projects and vacancies. There are also variety of opportunities hosted by Enpower that will allow you to develop your skills and your expertise.
Ambassadors-The ambassadors are highly skilled and work closely with the Enpower founder in the running and promotion of Enpower. The lead ambassadors carry the most degree of responsibility . They work on a voluntary/freelance basis to carry out a variety of paid and unpaid work to help enforce the service. The ambassadors working under Enpower may be also be booked for work.
Use of our site- You agree to use this site in a 'lawful manner', that is a manner which is construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and does not restrict or inhibit the use and leisure of this site by any third party. You may not copy, reproduce or republish, or otherwise use Enpower content in any way without expressing and recieving written consent from Enpower. You agree also not to alter or revise any visual or written work from any Enpower content (including that posted on our social networkings sites) without the prior consent of Enpower.
Payments/Refund policiy- Payment for any services will be excepted via our online paypal account. Once this payment is made you will not be entitled to a refund. Only in cases where individuals have accidentially paid twice will a refund be considered. In this instance individuals should email info@enpowerservice.co.uk. Payments accepted outside of the website are usually as a result as promotional offers and events where individuals get to meet the enpower team in person. These payments are also not refunded. Payments will only be deemed successful on completion of a paypal transfer. Enpower reserve the right to modify payment methods and prices at any time.
Enpowers liabilities- Enpower is not liable for any consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, special, disciplinary or similar damages arising out of the use of our site, services, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. It is at Enpowers discretion as to which claims fall under these categories . You as the site and/or service user specifically give up any and all claims arising out of the use of our site and/or services.
This section "Enpowers liabilities" survives the termination or expiration of the agreement formed pursuant to these Terms and conditions.
Security of Information and Third Party Actions- Enpower handle the information of talent database members and service users consultation and promoting purposes, that is providing talent database members with work and providing service users with career direction. Enpower makes no warranty or representation regarding the security of your information and data. Enpower accepts no responsibility for the welfare of any user or for the actions of any user of the services of the website. Enpower does not post any personal data on the site (that has not been permitted for use on the site) in order to protect the data of the individual. Enpower reserve the right to pass on the information of talent database members (with their consent) to companies who may be able to offer them suitable work.
